Please add the following string to the file wincmd.ini, section [Confirmation] (NOT [Configuration]):
SyncConfirmOverwrite=0
You can edit the wincmd.ini via Configuration - Change settings files directly.

The SyncConfirmOverwrite parameter has been available for 7 years since TC 9.0b1
