List of Tabs not fully shown in user.ini

As you can see here, I got 5 tabs open in the right panel.
But only 4 is listed in user.ini.

I've tried to use SAVETABS2, and it can export the open tabs correctly.
Is there something to do with my setting in TC or TC just does NOT support to save the open list into user.ini accordingly while user open or close a tab?

That is because the current open tab is saved in [Right] and [Left] - not in [righttabs] and [lefttabs]
