Possibilities of using AI/AGI to index, interpret, search and context my files?

Post by *DuckDaffy »

Is there any AI (or AGI) that would be able to index, deduplicate and interpret all the content on our HDDs, SSDs, SDs, CDs, DVDs, FDDs, Evernote and clouds, be it pictures, photos, videos, movies, text, unsorted raw data, random quotes, piles of PDFs, HTML, DOC, XML, ASM, PAS, CPP, PY, LOG and also DLLs and EXEs and other "ballast", to understand the temporal and logical relationships and full meaning of individual objects in all of this, whether semi-virtual (files and databases, their names, metadata, resolution, length, format, or times of creation or access) or entirely virtual (the stories in the texts, photos, and movies in those files, the purposes of scripts and programs)?

I'd love to use such AI, not only for the ultimate sorting of my neglected categorized files and reveling in memories, but also to create my own completely autonomous and personal AI assistant, as was nicely suggested in the movie Her.

I also have backups of corrupted disks in IMG, which I still hope to be able to recover something, with AI's help, from those sectors and data over time.

So, is there a TC plugin working on this yet? ;)

I just found this list: https://aisort.net/
