Is there an export/import method for Total Commander settings?

每次安装到一部新手机上所有之前习惯性的设置都要重新设置一遍，非常麻烦，那么请问有没有导出/导入方法？谢谢！

Every time you install it on a new phone, all the previous habitual settings have to be setup again, which is very troublesome, so is there an export/import method? Thank you!
