[TC 11.01 32-bit] Error in internal language string "Font" used in Conf/History

* Open menu Configuration/Options/History
* The access key for "Font" on 32-bit TC is wrong.

The internal language string for Font:
32-bit TC: &Font (duplicate access key)
64-bit TC: Fo&nt

Confirmed - The internal string for TC 32bit should be conformed to 64bit TC and WCMD_ENG.LNG
