petermad,
It also might mean that he has an FTP connection open somewhere while moving files locally. We know this for sure because sufficient detail was provided.

Again! I don’t forward or rename anything, I just browse, but a forwarding message appears. Also via FTP

Do you use the mouse or the keyboard to browse? If you use the keyboard, maybe the keyboard has been remapped - could you show us the content of the [Shortsuts] secton of you current .ini file

blackman,
Could it be, that when doubleclicking you accidentaly hold the mouse button a little longer thus initiating a drag (copy) operation, and when you release the mouse button the error appears?

blackman,
That could trigger a drag and drop operation as well.

I don't drag anything. Don't look for my mistakes. There is an obvious Total error here, but I don't understand how to avoid it

If there is an obvious error here then please provide reproducible steps that lead to that error.

blackman,
I don't drag anything.
How would you know that?
There is an obvious Total error here
Well, it's obvious only to you, nobody else has ever experienced it.
I don't understand how to avoid it
Try using the keyboard and see if the error happens as well.

You can also try another mouse connected to another port.

Figured it out a bit. Not completely, but I realized that the Chinese-made mouse was probably to blame. Moves the cursor down too quickly. After clicking, the cursor moves down and the second click occurs on the folder. Something like this.
In the Total settings I installed: Basic functions - launch and open with a single click and unchecked the checkbox by clicking on the icon (I don’t even know what it is) I don’t see any errors yet

I would like to note that the message still appears if I try to move from a folder up via FTP to a restricted area
