How to copy a file to rar archive?

I don't remember I had this problem before. I was on Win10 for a long time, now I have Win11. Maybe I didn't copy some configuration from TC...
When I want to copy a file to .rar file it has to use internal rar from TC, right (it is checked "use internal un-RAR if possible)? But it won't. It asks me to configure it for rar. I use only 7ZIP and I want to avoid installing winrar just to copy inside rar file.

When you copy a file to a rar archive, you are actually repacking the entire archive, that's why you need a packer, an unpacker is not enough.

However, you do not have to install RAR - just copy WINRAR.EXE file from installer to some directory and provide the path to it in the configuration.
