[tc11.02rc2] Tab doesn't work correctly after pressing 'q' in the internal viewer

# Steps to reproduce

1. Press 'Ctrl + q' on *.txt

2. Press 'tab' to move the focus to the opposite internal viewer

3. Press 'q' in the internal viewer
--> The internal viewer closes

4. Press 'tab' repeatedly
or click mouse button on the panel that the internal viewer has closed

Confirmed. Introduced in TC 11.00 beta 7.

When using 32-bit TC and pressing Alt in Step 4, an Access Violation error occurs.
When doing this in 64-bit TC and continue to work with TC, TC quietly exits soon.

18.10.23 Fixed: Quick view panel (Ctrl+Q): Pressing "Q" didn't correctly close the viewer (32/64)

Tested OK using TC 11.02rc3 32-bit and 64-bit.

BTW, that pressing Q or Alt+Q can be used to quit Quick view is a new feature:

TC 10.52 and earlier versions:
Lister quits when pressing: Q, Ctrl+Q, Alt+Q
Quick view quits when pressing: Ctrl+Q
