Hi there,
In the past it was possible to share a folder on android (e.g. "Downloads" Folder) with the "WiFi/WLAN-Plugin" and set the "Allow uploades (to subfolders only)" checkbox.
With the displayed IP/Address / URL it was then possible to upload files from a windows machine. Since some time this stopped working for me. After selecting a file and pressing the "Upload" button I'm getting the error message " Lost connection to server! ".
Does anybody have an idea what could be wrong?
Thank you in advance for the support and thanks as well for this great tool!
Best Regards
Kai

Yes, you need to select the folder, then press the Copy button (second from the left in lower toolbar) and then choose "via Wifi".
It will not work when you share a single folder via long click - send to - Wifi. This only works with multiple folders.
It's a bug I'm currently working on.

Re: File upload to Android via Browser not working anymore
Thank you very much for the prompt reply. Unfortunately it is not working and I'm still getting the same error message "Lost connection to server!" when following the steps below:
- I've selected the folder e.g "Download" by klicking on the folder icon (also tried with marking two folders)
- Now there is a green arrow
- then I clicked the 2nd icon from the left in the lower toolbar
- selected "Via WIFI"
- ensured that "Allow uploads" is enabled
- in the Browser (Firefox, tried also with other browsers) navigated to the folder ("Download")
- selected the file and pressed the "Upload" button
Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Total Commander seems to be the only application of allowing uploads via Wifi without going through the cloud
