Problem does exist only for Dark mode. And with any DPI not equal to 96.
So I mean if for DPI=120 and Dark mode we have such problem - just after
the returning of Light mode - all will be fine! And DPI will stay the same!

Not confirmed. It should be the exact same font size as in the file lists, which I can't see from your screenshot.
1. Where did you set DPI to 120? In Windows itself (125% scale) or in Total Commander?
2. Do you use TC 32-bit or 64-bit?
3. Which Windows version?

1) Total's Fonts settings were used for DPI=120. ONLY.
2) only 64 bit is involved in the bug...
3) Win10 AND Win11
is it enough now for comparing sizes of file panel's font and QuickSearch&Filter panel?
