As far as I could find out:
from ISO/IEC 21320-1:2015 normatively references the Zip File Format Specification
version 6.3.3 of PKWARE® Inc.
Not WinZIP but PKWARE® Inc. made an ISO referenced enumeration of supported sub-types
of ZIP compression methods:
