Also try using ScrollTC_2.exe in TC x64 (without plugins yet).

Still have to test it more, but ScrollTC_2.exe makes my mouse work bad. The cursor motion starts to lag.

The cursor motion starts to lag.

The program should not affect the cursor movement in any way, only scrolling.
Make sure that only one instance of the plugin and the program are running, not simultaneously.
