How to default to C: drive when external drive is not accessable any longer

In TCM I start by setting up a connection to a drive on another pc and read the files I need to read.
Then I close down the other pc
When I go back to TCM on my primary pc, it say's that the drive is not acceable any longer.
Now I have to select another drive like c:

Can I by my self setup C: as default drive when a drive is not acceable any longer?
