Hi.
ATW I´m using Total Commander 11.01
Yesterday I downloaded new version x64. Extracted to a folder. OK. Modified just the INSTALL.INF modifying only this below:
auto=1
hidden=1
lang=2
alllang=2
Repacked using ZIP, compression rate: 0 and set creating self extracting archive. Saved.
But when I run it, it shows me only the option to extract but not to run.
Is there something I missed?
Try to adjust the Installer: New Version created extracts but not installs

Re: New Version created extracts but not installs
I think that the TC installer is not a simple self-extracting zip archive. The file properties indicate it as an application. So if you unpack it and then repack it, you will get an ordinary self-extracting zip archive, but not the installer.

Yes, our wiki >> https://www.ghisler.ch/wiki/index.php?title=Installer >>"""Important: Switches must be in capital letters!""" <maybe that?
and a forum search for threads where the installer is already explained.
What exactly do you want to achieve ?

Exactly. See here how to add a custom installation package to the installer.Wilhelm M. wrote: 2023-11-22, 13:30 UTC I think that the TC installer is not a simple self-extracting zip archive. Of course, it's much easier to use command line parameters with the original installer.
