port 8080
This is a proxy server, not an FTP server...

Hmm are they real passwords? Never expose this data online, your company will fire you if it turns out.
Now for the ftp:
You have to use the server you mentioned above as a proxy server, in the ftp connection details. Click on "Use firewall (proxy server)", and choose Define new. There choose "HTTP Proxy with FTP support" and fill in the host name: 192.168.1.1; user name: abc; password: 123.
I switched to Linux, bye and thanks for all the fish!

Maybe cuongvt1976 wants to connect to his company ftp server ...

8080 is the port use for a web server not for a proxy (3128)

He should use:
Session : whatever
Host-name: 192.168.1.1
user : abc
pwd : 123
TC#88260 -

True, but I've also seen it being used as a proxy...

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

1) Press CTRL+N in TC
2) Paste: ftp://abc:123@192.168.1.1:8080

When you disconnect TC will ask you if you want to save this session.
Witch later can be opened with CTRL + F
