How to edit MP3 tags in "ID3Tag V2" fields ?

I want to edit the tags in mp3 files.
With plugin mmedia 2.6.2.1 version, I can edit ID3Tag V1 fields,
but the ID3Tag V2 fields are for display only and can not be modified.
Actually I just want to remove or empty the ID3Tag V2 fields.
Does anyone have a link to a recommended tool that can do that?
