I suggest to add information to TC Help - Configuration - Ignore list
Ignored files/folders are different way from hidden files. Ignored is not attribute of file/folder, it is function of TC and works only in TC. Ignored files/folder:
- They will be neither displayed nor copied.
- They will be not counted (neither in number of files nor in size).
- They will be ignored in dir synchronizing.
Warning:
- Counting: Folder with ignored files/folders only will show 0 size as it was empty.
- Deleting: folder with ignored files/folders only will be deleted as it was empty (no warning that folder is not empty).

Re: Add information to TC help - ignore list
Thanks for your suggestion. Im going to use a slightly modified version:
Allows to ignore specific files/folders by name or pattern.
Ignored files/folders are a different way from hidden files to hide items. Ignored is not an attribute of a file/folder, it is function of Total Commander and works only in Total Commander. Ignored files/folders:
- will be neither displayed nor copied.
- will not be counted (neither in number of files nor in size).
- will be ignored in "synchronize dirs".
Warning:
- Counting: Folders where all contained files and folders are ignored will show a size of 0 as if they were empty (except when using 'Everything').
- Deleting to recycle bin: folders containing only ignored files/folders will be deleted to recycle bin without warning.
- Deleting directly (Shift+F8): there will be a warning if a folder contains one or more ignored files/folders.
