Sine when is cm_edit a major TC function ?
There is the Windows New context menu, which also works in TC.
Users have many ways to create new files
so where is the need for urgent actions ?

This should be fixed in Total Commander 11.03 RC1, please check it!

Tested OK using TC 11.03rc1 32-bit and 64-bit.HISTORY.TXT wrote: 12.11.23 Fixed: cm_Edit with parameter /T (template file) would always write a multiple of 4kByte instead of just the template file length (32/64)
