How to change folder icon via Internal Associations?

As a temporary solution for my feature requests viewtopic.php?p=433185 and viewtopic.php?p=449999 I found out I can change file icon via Files -> Internal Associations (Total Commander only)...
It is sufficient for now.
This works for files but not for folders, encrypted folder icon is still default one.
In selection I ticked attributes Directory and Encrypted, in Search for I tried *, *.* and empty value.

Internal associations only work for files, not folders, sorry.
