I can confirm it in both 32bit and 64 bit TC 11.03 in the File panel tree.
In the Separate Tree, the caret is removed when i delete a folder from the tree
In both kind of trees I get a <Read error> in the file panel if I have set IgnoreDirErrors=1.
IgnoreDirErrors=0 TC goes to the parent folder in the file panel, but the caret is still removed in the Separate Tree.

Re: [TC 11.03] When deleting a folder in the folder tree, the current line moves two steps.
This should be fixed in Total Commander 11.50 beta 1, please check it!
12.04.24 Fixed: When deleting a directory in tree view, the cursor would sometimes jump two lines down. Instead, jump one line UP (32/64)

But this fix introduced a up/down navigating issues in tree view.
