I make regular use of Alt-Shift-Enter to see the total file space in/under each directory. I then feel I am in a different mode, where TC uderstands that I want to see the total space of each directory.
It would be marvellous if this mode could be preserved as I change to different directories, higher or lower in the directory tree without having to repeat the Alt-Shift-Enter process.
If there is already a way of achieving this, I have not discovered it, and I apologise. If not, I earnestly request an enhancement.

kkt1066@gmail.com,
Configuration - Options - Operation - Calculate space occupied by subdirectories - Automatic (choose one of the three options, as preferred).
Christian,
Seems this option is not documented in the Help file?

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.
