Works fine with that test file and my other sample heic files.

Btw. the Copy Trans Heic is no longer working for me on Windows 11.

You can see this specifically in the settings: Help -> Installed PlugIns...

yes I done it checked the plugins, it(PDN) can show in irFan windows itself but not in wlx windows.

thx very much, that is a great powerfull decodec!! It work fine also in old windows photoviewer

I have now released the latest version of the plugin 1.10. Try the IV ini files from the plugin archive. Everything should work with them. The screenshot in the status bar shows that your file is not loading.

Version 1.10:
+ new keys have been added to the irfanview.ini plugin settings file in the
section [IrfanView]:
toolbarl - allows you to enable/disable the toolbar in Lister
statusbarl - allows you to enable/disable the status bar in Lister
toolbarq - allows you to enable/disable the toolbar in QuickView
statusbarq - allows you to enable/disable status
bar in QuickView
captionq - allows you to enable/disable the title of the IrfanView window in
QuickView.

a mini-minor-little problem, i use ir64 for preview, it could not load 64-b plugins IMPDN.dll but z_IMPDN.dll, just a mini problem what NOt affect anything, just an obsession. haha

The actual x64 IrfanView (4.67) plugins don't contain any z_IMPDN.dll.
There is the IMPDN.dll in the Plugins32.
This can be successfully used in X64 when setting z_IMPDN.DLL=0 under Disabled plugins section in the ini file.

I tested successful all your new ini file options,
but I always use my own i_view64.ini.
All sorts of file types are displayed fine, including .heic and .pdn

The problem there is that unnecessary hotkeys of the IV itself are triggered and unlock my blocked elements.

The actual version 1.15 crashses TC 11.50b2
if the command cm_UnloadPlugins is executed.
