Error message on sync my PC with Android via USB

I'm attempting to sync a folder on my Windows computer with a directory on my Android device by connecting my phone to the computer via a USB cable. However, I encounter an error message during the process. Is this synchronization achievable?

You cannot sync files with virtual folders like Android devices connected via USB. The main problem is that the file timestamp cannot be copied with the file when uploading (a restriction of most devices). You could use a file system plugin like Android ADB or mediaaudio2. The former is more powerful, but requires to enabled debugging on the device.
