When I double clicjk photo file (jpg, png), associated with windows biult-in photos App, it opens, but doesn't allow to browse photos with arrows.When launched from Windows expolrer - works fine.

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

Maybe a future version of TC or Photos app will work.
In the meantime here is the fix:
Install version 2024.11030.22001.0 of Microsoft Photos app. You can get it from 'uptodown' (file name: microsoft-photos-2024-11030-22001-0.msixbundle). Disable 'auto update 'of Photos app in Microsoft Store, else it will get updated to latest version.

So they really broke it with an update - thank you, Microsoft. 
I will use the method described elsewhere in this forum:
ms-photos:viewer?fileName=c:\path\file.jpg
This works, but doesn't allow to choose which file types will be passed to the photos app.
