Unfortunately, I don't see any improvement for the issues described in the 7 points.

I will completely redesign the GUI implementation, so I didn't do deep integration with parameters from wincmd.ini.

If you want to return to my original proposal with customization, then without solving the described problems, you should get rid of the penultimate implementation, since in its current form it looks unfinished.

Test version 3.0.14.5:
- Added a new LoadConfig tab.
- Added 24 CPU types for PE header.
- Fixed 2 exceptions for the Debug tab.

For WinRar x64 SFX, add the following lines to the UserDB.txt file:
[WinRAR 6.x-7x 64-bit SFX Module]
signature = 48 83 EC 28 E8 ?? ?? ?? ?? 48 83 C4 28 E9 7A FE FF FF
ep_only = true

In the last 3.0.15.0 I not see no more font size option.
MainForm.Font.Size=21
It does not work anymore.
The characters are too small now.
Can I customize?

Do it is possibile to add a option to use Windows API resource parse, slower, to get icons as XN-Resource-Editor do?

Retrieving color values and font parameters from the PEViewer.ini configuration file has been implemented. Sections and parameters are described in PEViewer.ini of the plugin installation archive.
[Font]
;FontName=Segoe UI
FontSize=15
Do it is possibile to add a option to use Windows API resource parse, slower, to get icons as XN-Resource-Editor do?
Added it to my ToDo list.

Ty, I have restored font.
I read the ini created from PEV and not the one in install file.
Do it is normal that PEV not handle file packed with Petrim?

WHY for a trivial task you propose to slow down? And HOW does the aforementioned "XN-Resource-Editor" parse Windows API resources???
very slowly? I doubt it.
Added it to my ToDo list.
What exactly did you plan to do according to this proposal?

Please describe in more detail or attach a test file.

I will conduct an initial analysis. In another plugin I saw an in-depth search for icons in a file. Presumably this is what was meant. I'll look at the algorithms in the source code. I will not do any slowdown.

I write as "option".
XN-Resource-Editor use two mode to scan.

I'm not against having additional options of any kind.
I described the point that it is NOT clear from your proposal WHAT makes this tool so unique and convenient.
For some reason, you only clarified the essence of the work through the adjective “, slower, ”.
That's why I wanted to clarify - what makes this tool so smart. You haven't given any details.
But there is no ready-made exe in your link. There aren't even screenshots there.
In the end, there is nothing to check.
