I suggest to add the following to the Help -> Keyboard layoot, and to keyboard.txt/tasten.txt:

• SHIFT+up/down Reverse selection of file or directory and move to previous/next file or directory.

I also suggest to change the current:

• INSERT Select file or directory.

to:

• INSERT Reverse selection of file or directory.

I would rather go with INSERT Select/Deselect file or directory
as "reverse selection" might not be obvious for everyone this day and age...
