[TC 11.03] Window size doesn't persist after moving between monitors with different DPI

I have two monitors:
- 1920x1080 with DPI 100%;
- 3840x2160 with DPI 150%.

The height of the app's window doesn't scale after I move it from 4K monitor to 1080p monitor using shortcut (Win+Shift+LeftArrow).

To illustrate the issue, I made screenshots:

You have to adjust the size and position of TC and then use "Configuration" -> "Save Position" for each monitor - after that TC will adapt to the saved sizes when you move it between the monitors.
