Can total commander use the thumbnail cached by explorer in AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer\thumbcache_xxx.db?

i have many heic picture files. it's slow to generate thumbnail again for heic, so i want to use the existing thumbnail cache.

i have changed some settings in "Loading Thumbnails", but it doesn't seem to work.
i can see these heic pictures in explorer without generating delay.
