I know only one:

Open the 'about' Total Commander box, then type "GhislerIsGreat" 3 times, and something wonderful will happen...

Remember to type it without the " " and use capital and small letters...

you will then see a window pop-up with a funny message

If you meant "format C:" command then try to type it manually in black console window. This way should work on any day...
