Changing Copylinks value - does TC need to be restarted?
Question (to Christian mainly): when Copylinks value is changed in the INI, i noticed that TC needs to be restarted in order to get the new setting. Is this intentional? I'm guessing there could be reasons for that (background copy in progress), i just wanted a confirmation it's not something that should be considered as a bug.

Normally using latest TC on:
x32: WinXPx32 SP3 (very rarely nowadays).
x64: Clients/Servers - Win10/Win11 and Win2K16 to Win2K22, mainly Win10 though.

Re: Changing Copylinks value - does TC need to be restarted?
Changing a setting directly in wincmd.ini (usually) requires TC to be restarted to take effect, especially those in the [Configuration] section. Changes to settings stored in sections other than [Configuration] might take effect without TC restart (maybe search or MRT). But the general rule is that a TC restart (or launching another instance) is the way to go.
