Bug ? 32bit TOTALCMD.EXE will show version 11.01

Bug Report:
\TotalCmd\TOTALCMD64.EXE will show version 11.03

While
\TotalCmd\TOTALCMD.EXE will show version 11.01
and allow taskschd.msc delay 1 sec after start up

Where does it show that version number?

Perhaps you only updated 64-bit TC? These are the file details of TC 32-bit version 11.03:
