[TC 11.03] Pressing Windows key in Change drive combo box changes current folder

This should be fixed partially (what I could to) in Total Commander 11.50 beta 1, please check it!

09.09.24 Fixed: Pressing the Windows key in the drive combobox (Alt+F1/Alt+F2) would react like pressing Enter (drive change) (32/64)

Confirmed that it no longer happens when pressing the Windows key. Tested with TC 11.50b1 32-bit and 64-bit.

The bug still exists on Windows 7 and 8.1 (32bit and 64bit TC) and on Windows XP (32 bit TC)

Confirmed fixed under Windows 10

I'm moving this to fixed bugs because I already spent too many hours on this minor problem, and these older Windows versions are out of support.
