Can the column width automatically adjust to fill the width of the list?

When the separator changes, can the column width automatically adjust to fit the file list columns on both sides?

As I wrote - it is only when you resize the WINDOW, that the name column gets adjusted.

I haven't even considered Custom Column Views, there is no such feature in the standard view.
What I hope for is that when I drag the separator, the name column automatically adjusts to fill the width of the list, just like in VerticalPanels, but based on the current list's width instead of the screen width.

Yeah support - indeed all tabs should have the ability to auto-adjust itself width.
At least as it done in Excel tables.

And your suggestion has weight and meaning on par with the current one.
And it would have been nice if the author had listened to it.
But so far, even in this thread, his responses are not even in this thread.
