[TC11.03] CD command needs to be capitalized

Maybe I had to explain it a little bit more.

The reason why CD (in uppercase) is executed locally on the pc, is because the command CD normally on the remote system is not implemented. But this is not a must. It is possible that a command CD on the remote System exists and then it doesn't come back with an error, but is executed on the remote System.

It is not sent to the remote system, as you can see in the logfile.
