At the statusbar, the alignment of the time of the file is off a bit.
I have my view in Brief, and when I change to Full and adjust the tab spacing it seems to look fine, however when going back to Brief, this seems to be lost.
As such it shows as per image below:

That is probably because your Attr column is out of view in Full View - try and move the right border of the Ext column header so much to the right that you see the Attr column at the far right

Please switch to full view, adjust the columns, save settings, and switch back to brief view.

Thanks, it worked in the end.
The confusing part for me was, when are settings saved without pressing 'save settings', and when are they automatically saved.
eg. the change of Brief vs Full mode is auto-saved upon exit. But the changing of column spacing is not.

The column widths are only saved when you change them in the main configuration dialog (tabstops page), or when you choose "Save settings" or "Save position".when are settings saved without pressing 'save settings'
