solved [TC 11.50b2] Wrong entries in Wcmicons.inc

In Wcmicons.inc the entry:
545=47
is duplicated (appears both in line 82 and 119)

There are 3 entries:
713=81
701=81
702=81

They don't make since - the commands are for menu items in the Start menu and the icon is for command cm_SwitchIgnoreList=2922

I think those three entries are left after testing the Start menu icon features.

can this be why the .sfv file type icon is no longer defined?
in 11.50beta2 the .sfv file type icon is just blank instead of the icon with the symbol ∑ from 11.03 version
