No.

You can have the file names aligned to the left with the extension right after the name by changing using the setting in "Configuration" -> "Tabstops/Data formats" -> "Show file extensions" -> "directly after filename".

But that will also affect the regular Full View.

That is currently not possible. You can make a second row under the thumbnail with the filename by putting: [=tc.fullname] in the field: "Show custom fields below thumbnails (e.g. image size)" - but you can not alter the default line with Name and Extension separated.
