As we can see, DESKTOP/Desktop is present in two lists, the rest are only in the first list, although they are in the API of the second.

It's necessary to level the situation. Either remove Desktop from the second list, or add the missing ones to it.

DESKTOP is actually in both lists! I don't want to remove it because one of the functions (SHGetKnownFolderPath) isn't available on older Windows versions.

I didn't understand your explanation. If you remove it from the second list, as suggested in one of the options, it will remain in the first one. There will be no problems with the versions.
Otherwise, you will have to move on to the second option with duplication of variables marked in blue.
