[TC 11.50b6] Update check

With TC 11.50b6, check update always warn about new version available even if latest was applied.

Sorry, I forgot to update the internal version check number. The notification should be shown only once.
If it still bothers you, you can re-download an updated beta 6 now. The only difference is the internal version check number.
You may need to use a different browser to bypass the browser cache.

You can recognize the updated version by opening it with Ctrl+PageDown - the date of the files has been changed to November 14. The date in the about box is unchanged, though.

I'm moving this to fixed bugs because it doesn't concern beta 7.
