How to change the backgroud color of Today's new file?

Now the folder name's color is green, and the background color is normal white or gray, and changes to blue when clicks.
How to change the color of folder name to white with green background as XYplorer.

Total Commander does not support per file background colors. The color options are separated into two groups:
1. Foreground colors are set via "Define colors by file type"
2. Background colors affect the entire panel and are set via view modes.
