Mismatch: quick view doesn't show the folder name in the header

Post by *Fla$her »

After Cltr+Q on the file, we always see its name in the header. But the folder names are not displayed:

Code: Select all

 - visualdirsize
 - htmlview
 - ieview
I think this needs to be corrected.
I would also prefer to see "Name - Lister" for cm_*QuickInternalOnly, in order to more easily identify the absence of plugins programmatically.

P. S. I searched in three sections and didn't find it, although, I remember, it was definitely discussed somewhere.

Confirmed. The directory name was ending with a backslash, so when getting the name from behind the last backslash, no name was found for directories.

Thanks for confirming the fix!

I think that this would be more confusing than useful, now you can see at a glance that a plugin is active.

Plugin? I'm writing about a cases where internal viewing is enabled (without plugins).
The fact is that video, graphics and html can be shown by internal viewing, in this case it's not possible to distinguish programmatically whether binary/html files are displayed correctly or in binary/text form (cm_*QuickInternalOnly).
Perhaps you will add " - Image /Multimedia" and " - HTML text" at least? " - Text/Binary/Hex" are less in demand.
