[TC 11.50b7 64-bit] Lister: Mouse cursor does not return to normal after right-click url, click outside popup menu

64-bit TC only.

View a html file in Lister.
Right-click a url.
Click outside the popup menu (and not on a link).
The mouse cursor is set to the url cursor until you move the mouse. (Does not happen with 32-bit TC)

Just move the mouse cursor by one pixel and will change to normal.

The mouse cursor is changed in the "mouse move" event, depending on what's under the cursor. Delphi (32-bit) sends such an event when I click outside the popup menu although I don't move the mouse, and Lazarus (64-bit) doesn't.

It is interesting how many and exactly what errors still need to be received (to wait for which kind of reports?) in order to make a decision
on the unconditional transition to the modern version of programming languages and development environments - in the SAME style for
both 32-bit and 64-bit applications.
Is this "Jumble" of tools and "workarounds" going to be used in this form for years to come?

You are right let's just forget and throw away TC 64bit which only delivers more bugs thanks to Lazarus

22.11.24 Fixed: Lister: Right clicking on a link and then clicking outside of the menu without moving the mouse didn't change the mouse cursor back (64)

Tested OK using TC 11.50b8 64-bit.
