[TC 11.50b7 64-bit] Right-clicking on a video in Lister with LAV Filters

TC 11.50b7 with all default settings and no plugins, only unpack LAV Filters 0.79.2 to the subdirectory filter32 (32-bit) and filter64 (64-bit).

In TC 11.50b7 64-bit, open an MP4 or AVI video and right-clicking in Lister.
It will not only show the context menu options for LAV Filters but also include an extra "Open in default browser" option at the top.
Clicking "Open in default browser" doesn't actually open a browser, which can be confusing.

In TC 11.50b7 32-bit, this issue doesn't occur, "Open in default browser" is not displayed.

For me, there are only the LAV entries displayed.
The same for x86 and x64 TC.
This is what I expect while inside a Video.

Confirmed. It also happens in 32-bit when right clicking on an URL in text mode (e.g. with multiple files open) without closing Lister in the meantime.
