[Implemented] Suggest adding an explanation for Configuration - History in the help

The description for the option "Show last visited directory closest to the middle of the list" seems to be missing from the Help content.
It would be helpful if this could be added.

Additionally, refer to this thread:

"Show the most used directory in the middle" has already been renamed to "Show most frequently used directory closest to the middle of the list".
It would be great if this update could also be reflected in the Help.
