Wrong error message "Disk is full!" when read access issue

This is an information issue I've seen in many earlier versions but also latest TC11:
If you try to copy a file which you don't have read access to, TC pops up a dialog saying "Disk is full!", but in reality it is that the current user doesn't have read access in the source directory, most probably only able to list files in the directory.

Unfortunately the Windows copy function sometimes gives the SAME error code for read errors and write errors. In these cases, TC shows the more likely reason.

Just change the message to "Disk is full or access denied!"

Edit: There is also string 178, which should be changed in a similar way:
178="Error writing %s! Disk full or access denied!"

Unfortunately it's too late now for TC 11.50, I would have to contact all translators again which can take several months.

A very important change nowadays, I think. (small, but important)

Actually yes - for a very large number of users united literally by 6/8 mass languages - it would be just a super benefit...
For the rest - yes, you can temporarily until some patch 11.50A (and reason will definitely be found) - just leave the new text as untranslated.
