solved [TC 11.50rc1] Help for ZipSetDateToNewest= needs to be updated

The current description for ZipSetDateToNewest in the Help is:

ZipSetDateToNewest=0 When packing with the internal ZIP packer, set the date of the archive to the date of the newest file in the archive.

it should be changed to something like:

ZipSetDateToNewest=0 When packing set the date of the archive to the date of the newest file in the archive - if supported by the packer.

Since the setting now applies to all packers.
