[TC 11.50ß8] Font Wheel-roll in Lister Ignores Consequent Wordwrap

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

where the normal selection of a program for Open substituted by an internal TC command appears in Help.
In the menu click "Files" -> "Internal Associations (Total Commander Only)..."
Click the "Add" or the "Edit" button and then click the "Help" button.

Or run the command: hh.exe %COMMANDER_PATH%\TOTALCMD.CHM::dialog_box__edit_file_type_internal.htm
