internal 7zip and extension exclusion

I have a custom addon the create a crypted 7z, with 7zz extension, file with a password saved in a ini file and reverse it.
If I set TC to not prefer 7-zip plugin the 7zz file is intercepted da TC that ask for password.
Do it is possible to exclude 7zz file from 7-zip internal also if it have 7z header?

It seems that if I set in [PackerPlugins] 7zz but not 7z
TC use plugin for .7zz and internal TC for .7z
do it is correct?
