Change installation from per-user INI file to central INI file

I picked per-user INI file location when I installed TC, but now find it more convenient to have a central copy for all users. Is there a way to change the INI file location for an existing installation?

Yes, you can use the free tool inireloc. Currently an improved version is in beta, but testers will never be happy so it will remain in beta forever. Still better than the current release version:
