unexpected behavior/process description for DELETE op.

If I select a large folder with a large number of files and subfolders inside, then I can contemplate the dialogue for a long time
current deletion of objects with the following direction of action:

What kind of "Recycle Bin" object is this? Where is it located, how to clean it?
Why is it transferred there and not immediately completely deleted from flash memory?
Are there any settings for this process somewhere?

Seems to be your Windows Trash Bin to be located at hidden real folder $Recycle.Bin on each drive.
The deletion mode is set at "Configuration - Options - Copy/Delete - [x] F8/Del deletes to recycle bin (Shift=directly)"

Exactly that's why I am asking the help about this completely unreasonable
logic of using this word/concept on the Android platform.

Which language do you use? The English version does not say "Recycle bin". And the help describes it like this:

Delete

With the X button you can delete the selected files.

Important note: The files will NOT be moved to some kind of Recycle bin, they will be deleted immediately!

That's because Android does not have a recycle bin.

But the main question is still here: = why "a recycle bin" - is a concept (does not matter with which
exactly words does it state) is still built-in inside the Android version of TC? IF we for sure know that
there is NO such "thing" in this OS?

And how can there even be a dialog for the deletion procedure indicating the direction?

You already got your answer. Recycle bin is not used in the original English language, so it is a translation issue.

The original English text is: Trash
Translation to German: Löschen (Delete)
Translation to Danish: Papirkurv (Trash can)
Translation to Dutch: Prullenbak (Trash can)

Translation to Russian: Корзина (term for "Recycle Bin" in Russian computer interfaces)

I don't speak Russian, but perhaps a better word for it is мусорка?

Trash has the same meaning (so and as the "мусорка").
The only concept which is here is acceptable - is "delete permanently"!!!
And do not provide any variant of directions like "to trash", "to rec.bin", "to ..."
